please roll your rr! ;) this is a modification of a belizian recipe, garrnaches, i had the great fortune to learn from a lovely family i visited one christmas.
chips
2 cans veg refried beans
1 can coconut milk
1 small cabbage, cored and diced
1/2 onion, diced
1 pkg whole milk cheese (white mexican cheese)
heat beans with coconut milk until it thickens to your taste. mix onion and cabbage. make nacho plates with some chips, then beans, then veg, then cheese. enjoy!!!

Hey girl! It's cool that you included this recipe. I think I've heard of it before because Jaeson's dad is Belizean and he's probably mentioned it, or at least my mom may have. Sounds easy and yummy! I may have to make it one day just to give William (Jaeson's dad) a surprise! Thanks for posting it! All your recipes sound delectable and totally doable for an inexperienced cook like me who needs to get to work learnin' her way around stove and wielding some pots and pans. :D Looking forward to more from you.
